Another student project that is close to our hearts: TUfast Eco Team from the Technical University of Munich
Australia‘s boundless expanse. Australia‘s relentless sun. Australia‘s dangerous wildlife. And right in the middle: a young team from the TU of Munich with their solar-powered single-seater lux025 at the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2025. For the Challenger Class, they developed this single-seater racing car, powered by 6 m² of solar cells, which now races through Australia‘s outback at speeds of up to 140 km/h. And all this with the help of COMPOSYST. To achieve peak performance, the lux025 must be lightweight yet incredibly stable to withstand the tough challenges of the track. We at COMPOSYST are delighted to be able to support such an innovative and future-oriented project.
